According to my Energy Map, my working style is logical and realistic. I want to know: "Why is this happening?" and "What is the objective or task?". I work best when there are facts and data to support my thinking. Thus, the third and fourth dynamics on the energy map to examine and execute are effortless. These are my strengths. I subconsciously do these things. However, the first two dynamics, explore and excite, are challenging because it focuses on answering the questions: "How?" and "Who?".
I am "an excellent listener and reader who easily memorizes and logically categorizes everything." I can focus on specific details and draw a rational conclusion(s). Overall, I am prone to be accurate and authentic on the four different conversation meter levels. I pay attention to facts by asking fact-based questions and seeking clarity on more important details. I find this to be true for me in my professional career and academic studies.
I transitioned from clinical work in a physician's office as a Medical Assistant to working with Revenue Cycle as a Charge Entry Specialist. The more I learned, the more I wanted to know. I effortlessly (strength) used my working style to examine because I asked, "Why?". I lusted to understand and wanted to analyze why health insurance companies would deny medical claims. That passion led me to obtain my professional coding certification through the AAPC (American Academy of Professional Coders), my current role as a Revenue Integrity Specialist with HCA (Hospital Corporation of America),
