Change does energize us, and there will always be a change in our life. As individual we need to learn and grow every day it doesn’t matter if is at work or at home, change is change. "The benefit of the change is what drives us to new heights, but it doesn’t happen without resistance or fear "(Kennett-Hensel & Payne, 2018). Do all changes finishes with a successful story, or even go as planned? No, and If anyone said yes, they would be lying to themselves because everyone has come across some type of failure in life. To make appropriate changes to our job, we must look at several aspects that can make our change grow. As leaders, we should require a policy that analyzes different crucial elements of the change. Revisiting our past and finding our which success is and which one was not so much. How do we get the buy with our employees and motivate them for the new changes? The current organization promotes and values business growth and development. This corporate effects changes or improvements to address growing markets and technologies in the telecommunications market. When working for a large enterprise telecommunication company that offers decent pay and excellent benefits, there are some expectations that changes will happen. A great example, the world is currently in the middle of an epidemic (Covid19). We are always going through some sort of changes to the business.
