Eggs  Eggs are a super-food and a great pregnancy food. CONCLUSION:

Pregnancy brings excitement for the expecting mother and father and their loved ones. It is the time when a lot of care is needed by both the mother and the baby yet to be born. Taking care of the pregnant woman’s health and well-being is crucial because there are a lot of things to consider. It is important for the expectant mother to understand her body and take proper guidance when it comes to diet, exercise and rest. To maintain a healthy diet keeps mental stability and also keeping the infections away. There is this quote saying “you are what you eat” for pregnant mothers it is important they always practice eating healthy and fresh foods

RECCOMENDATIONS:

A woman during pregnancy has increased her nutritional needs, feeding the mother and a baby inside her womb. It requires more essential nutrients to support the expecting mother and baby.There are foods that are known to be good for pregnant woman and because the health and safety or the baby growing is essential there are foods to avoid while pregnant.I recommend that a pregnant mother diet should be simple to include simple meals. And that they must be aware of healthy and unhealthy food for their wellbeing during pregnancy. Also always keep yourself hydrated.
