Every administrator wants their center to be successful and for that to happen the Administrator needs to provide adequate training for all center staff. An early childhood administrator makes decisions to organize instruction, manages learning, and plans instructional strategies to design their early childhood curriculum. The curriculum models framework which guides program implementation and evaluation. The early childhood curriculum models are used in learning centers for half day or full day programs. There are different variations of curriculum models that theorize differences in learning. Some of these differences reflect values of what is more important for children to be learning.
