I think they are all important, but out of all of them, I think open communication is the most important. It helps me build trust, increases engagement, improves productivity, and promotes team building. It facilitates the spread of knowledge, keeps the lines of information open, gives direction so everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing, and forms relationships. We have to have communication in the workplace and in our relationships to provide clarity and direction and to resolve and prevent problems.
